Our flagship training curriculum, "Rewiring for Resilience," incorporates mindfulness science and is customized to specific workplace cohorts. This program has reached more than 1,000 participants in Wyoming, primarily healthcare and public service professionals, in partnership with the Wyoming Department of Health. FSI spent a decade exploring the best methodologies for bringing these tools to scale and has developed and field-tested a remote delivery model that encourages virtual community. The content, including daily practice prompts delivered via email, can be customized to each audience.
"Rewiring" seeks to provide the following benefits of resilience training and mindfulness practice:
Reduces stress, burnout, and emotional dysregulation
Improves focus and mood quality, strengthens awareness, boosts creativity
Reduces impulsivity and reactionary behaviors
Improves physical markers such as blood pressure and sleep quality
Allows for objective experience of emotions, leading to decreased rumination, anxiety, and emotional reactivity (all critical to emotional balance)
Promotes empathy, which strengthens social bonds and reduces feelings of isolation and loneliness
Cultivates hope and emotional flexibility by teaching focus, compassion, and simple gratitude practices done in a particular way
Encourages curiosity, supports problem-solving, and improves relationships by strengthening the ability to see other perspectives
